History

With 12-year experience and unparalleled expertise in residential and commercial property markets, the ‘Tvoya Stolitsa" Group of Companies has a history of outstanding performance.

 

1996 – "Tvoya Stolitsa" real estate agency was established.

 

1997 – "Tvoya Stolitsa" became a member of the Belarusian Association of Real Estate.

 

1999 - The company voluntarily insured its professional responsibilities.

 

2001 - The Rental Department and Department for Commercial Real Estate were created.

 

2002 – "Tvoya Stolitsa" was honoured with the prestigious "The Best Real Estate Company in the City of Minsk, 2001" Award. The competition was conducted by the Institute of Real Estate and Appraisal affiliated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.

 

2003 - The Commercial Property Information Centre was unveiled. The company’s web-site was launched.

 

2006 - "Tvoya Stolitsaconsult" company was established. "Tvoya Stolitsa" company won Grand Prix Award granted by the Belarusian Association of the Real Estate “for achieving the best results in the competition of real estate agencies in Minsk, 2006”.

 

2007 – "Tvoya stolitsainvest" company was founded.

 

2008 -  “Tvoya stolitsa” was awarded the Grand Prix of The Belarusian Association of the Real Estate “for achieving the best results in the competition of real estate agencies in Minsk, 2007”.
